Trinity Benefits Group, LLC was established in Chicago, IL by Pamela M. Owen in 2000 and expanded to Nashville, TN in 2005. Her background and expertise includes extensive experience in the following roles:


  • As a managing vice president of a leading national insurance brokerage firm, providing benefits advice to major national accounts such as these:

American Can, AT&T, International House of Pancakes, L.A. Cellular, Litton Industries, MagneTek, Spears Manufacturing, Starwood Lodging and the Titan Corporation.

  • As an equity partner and senior consultant with one of the top four international human resources consulting firms, managing its health and welfare benefits consulting practice in Los Angeles. This experience included other major national clients like these:

Del Taco, Caterpillar, Hungry Tiger Restaurants, Jim Henson Productions, Laidlaw, Louisville Gas & Electric, Mattel, U.S. Borax and Walt Disney.

  • As a principal and senior consultant in Chicago for yet another of the top four international human resources consulting firms, providing consulting to and account management for a diverse array of clients.

Pamela's husband, Richard E. Owen, joined TBG in 2006 as a tactical partner and applies his experience in IT, management and marketing, logistics and training, business development and communications with companies such as DuPont, Harris-Lanier, UPS and Dell Computers. Mr. Owen cites the following as one of the unique strengths of TBG:

Speaking frequently on the subject of benefits and human resources issues, we represented The Pension Research Council & International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania on the subject of “Benefits for a New Economy”.
